Developing an organizational development strategy is not something new in my professional experience, and yet I am pleased that I am gaining new, unprecedented experiences in this field.
This year has started for me with a great challenge - managing of the internal development strategy of a political party.
I made sure again:
✔️ it is important to focus not only on the definition of business/political goals, but also on the internal goals of the organization, which serve as support for the achievement of business/political goals;
✔️ even if initially it seems that everything is clearer in terms of the internal goals of the organization, it is important to spend enough time to discussions, since strategic choices also need to be made on internal issues in the organization;
✔️ workshops of strategy development are not only a great way to build an organization's strategy, but also an excellent team building and information-sharing event.
